APARTMENT BLOCKS
1 - FLOOR COVERINGS:
1.1
The floor of the entrance hall will be covered with rustic terracotta enameled ceramic tile.
1.2
The inside floor of the apartments will be covered with rustic terracotta enameled
ceramic tile, with grout to match tile.
1.3
The floor of the bathrooms will be covered with rustic terracotta enameled
ceramic tile, the shower floors will be in a mosaic tile. The bathroom walls will be a ceramic 8 x 8
white tile, with colored tile detail.
2 - PAINTING AND MASONRY:
2.1
The outside walls will be painted in a flat emulation with 2 pack primer with a three coat color
finish. The walls will be rendered with a masonry finish.
2.2
The inside walls of the apartments will be smoothly plastered, filled with PVA
filler and painted with washable paint.
2.3
The inside walls of the restrooms, BWC, kitchen eating areas and utility rooms
will be covered with white enameled ceramic tiles, with white grouting.
2.5
The walls of the stairways will be covered with rendered masonry finish.
2.6
The common walls of the circulation areas will be coated with be painted in a flat emulation with
2 pack primer with a three coat white finish.
3 - FRAMES:
3.1
All outside frames and the doorframes of the apartment blocks will be UPVC
3.2
The inside doorframes will be made from pitch pine, ready for painting with a white
high gloss enamel finish.
3.3
The internal doors will be eight panel flush door finished with a high gloss enamel paint.
4 - SKIRTING BOARDS AND CASINGS:
4.1
The inside skirting boards, throughout all the building will be made of the
same ceramic as the floor, with a height of 10cm, except for the BWCs.
4.2
The door casings will have the same finish as the doors, and will measure 7cm wide.
5 - ROOFS:
5.1
The roof of the apartments will be a 24 gauge galvanize finish, with PVC gutters and spouting at
the sides (the roof slopes 4 ways).
6 - BENCHES:
6.1
The benches in the Kitchen will be made from Corian, with a black speckle finish.
7 - CHINAWARE AND FITTINGS:
7.1
The sanitary equipment will be white American standard.
7.2
The washbasins will be white, oval American standard
7.3
The fittings will be chrome-plated, manufactured by Delta Moen
7.4
The basins in the kitchen benches will be medium-sized, rectangular and
made of stainless steel.
8 – LIGHTING
8.1
Recessed lighting in all flat ceiling areas, with wall mounted scone lights in the 3
floor
apartment and in the common area.
These could change without notification at the discretion of the developer.
