The Type A is a STUDIO
The type D apartment is the most confortable of all as it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge terrace. You can access the terrace directly from any of both rooms and from the living room.
The Type A apartment is the smallest of all. It is a studio type and it has all the facilities for 2 people as well as a moderate size balcony.
Type B 1 Bed and 1 Bathroom
Type B is a mediun size apartment with better distribution, bigger kitchen and the possibility to accommodate 4 people: 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room.
Type C 1 Bed and 2 Bathroom
It is the most efficient model of all as it has the perfect size plus 2 bathrooms.
Type E 2 Beds and 2 Bathrooms
Type E is similar to Type D, but without the oversize terrace.
Type G 2 Beds and 2 Bathrooms
It is almost the same model as the D Type, because it has the same access to the terrace from the rooms and the living room.
