The development is located on Coche Island. Coche Island is situated between Venezuala and Margarita Island in the Carribean.
This project consists of forty four double modules giving a total of eighty eight suites, forming a hotel resort. The units come fully furnished and are located on the beach overlooking the sea. This is the best location on the Island.
Concept
The design of the hotel, is based in the preservation of the environment. The aesthetically designed resort blends seamlessly with the natural beauty that the Island of Coche offers. The complex is low density, with plenty of services and ample green areas that are harmoniously integrated with its surroundings. The use of clay and perimetric stone walls add that Caribbean touch which is so native and gives its character to the Island.
The resort is designed in a horseshoe and embraces the communal green areas and maximises the views from each suite.

This modern complex is surrounded by nature, making it the ideal option for those who wish to enjoy to the maximum their stay on this Caribbean paradise. It is an ideal product for investors, that search for a excellent annual rental yield whilst enjoying the capital appreciation (32% average annual growth during the previous two years, according to the Chamber of Commerce of the State of Nueva Esparta). The developer will appoint a tour operator and management company, who will offer a renting service. It is estimated that the occupation of the resort will be around 60% low season, 80% high season with the owner to use the double suite for a period of 30 days, each year, during the low season. Currently, operators, such as First Choice, Condor, Thomas Cook, S.I.Tours, have shown their interest in purchasing capacity for the operation in the resort.
